Orders
Please ensure all measurements for Pre-Made, Pre-Cut and Retractable options are accurate as Window Screens UK cannot be held responsible for screens that do not fit due to incorrect measurements.

We typically ship orders within 3 working days for payment by Debit or Credit Card, or 5 working days for cheques, subject to cheque clearance.

Orders are generally despatched by courier and delivered next day to all UK mainland locations.

Please note online orders can only be shipped to UK addresses.

We only ship what you order. We do not substitute other merchandise. We do continuously improve our products and may make occasional changes without notice.

Delivery to the remainder of the UK
We can deliver to the remainder of the UK for an additional charge. Please contact us for a price. We will always aim to find the most cost effective method of shipment for your specific order.

Returns
We want you to be happy with your purchase.

We are pleased that requests to return goods have been extremely low over many years of business, however we recognise there will be some occasions when a consumer may wish to return goods.

Consumers may cancel their order up to seven working days after receipt of the merchandise, but must notify us in writing within this time frame of their wish to return the goods.

Returned goods must be in pristine condition. If goods are not in a pristine condition, Window Screens UK reserve the right to offer a discretionary partial credit or to refuse the return.

Cancelled orders must be returned at the customer's expense. You are strongly urged to insure your return with the carrier as any damage in transit may result in either a partial credit being offered or refusal of the return. You will be notified of any damage, be it from transit or otherwise caused.

Undamaged, unused merchandise returned in accordance with the above will receive a full and prompt refund of money paid.

If your order is received damaged please indicate this when you sign for the goods, retain the packaging for inspection and notify us accordingly within 24 hours.

Please note that bespoke goods, customised at the consumer's request to specific sizes, cannot be cancelled, except at the discretion of Window Screens UK.

Guarantees
Where guarantees are extended on our website or in the catalogue, they relate to the metal parts themselves. The guarantee does not cover paint, abuse or damage.

Terms and Conditions for Promotions

New Customer Offers

1. The initial discount offer is available to new customers only, if you are an existing customer of Window Screens UK (WSUK) please see below.

2. The discount is only available on your first order from the website, by phone or in person

3. The discount code must be entered into the appropriate section on the website, or mentioned when ordering by phone or in person. No retrospective discounts will be applied.

4. Multiple uses of the code from within the same household will not be permitted and your order rejected.

5. The discount code will be available up and until 23.59 on 31st August 2011

6. The free gift offer is available only to visitors at the showroom and is given completely at WSUK discretion. No alternative will be offered and is only available while stocks last.

7. Window Screens UK reserves the right to provide substitute gifts or discounts of similar value should the specified items become unavailable for reasons beyond its control. Cash or credit alternatives will not be offered.

8. If any provision of these terms and conditions is held invalid by any law, rule, order or regulation of any government, or by the final determination of any court of a competent jurisdiction, such invalidity shall not affect the enforceability of any other provisions not held to be invalid.

15. WSUK's decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.

16. WSUK reserves the right to suspend, cancel or amend the promotion and/or review and revise these terms and conditions at any time without giving prior notice and by continuing to take part in the promotion subsequent to any revision of these terms and conditions, entrants shall be deemed to have agreed to any such new or amended terms.

17. This promotion is governed by English Law and is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.

Prize Draw

1. The prize draw is open to any existing customer who refers a friend, colleague, neighbour or acquaintance to Window Screens UK.  (hereby referred to as 'friend')

2. The friend must make a purchase from Window Screens UK to qualify an entry to the prize draw

3. The friend must enter the full name of the current customer in the notes section online during checkout, or mention their name during phone purchase or within our showroom.

4. The Prize Draw runs during the Prize Draw Dates provided at the point of entry until the specified Closing Date. Entries received after this date and time will not be entered into the Prize Draw.

5. Multiple entries are allowed. More than one friend may enter the current customers name into the draw.

6. The winner(s) will be selected at random from all eligible entries received. Each winner will be notified within a reasonable time after the Draw Date or any subsequent draw either by email, mail or telephone. The prize is awarded conditionally upon acceptance and if a winner is unable to be contacted after a reasonable period or if any prize is unclaimed or declined within a reasonable period, the prize shall be deemed as unclaimed or unaccepted and a supplementary winner may be drawn at Window Screen UK's discretion.

7. Window Screens UK will not be responsible for any inability of a prize winner to take up the specified prize.

8. Window Screens UK reserves the right to provide substitute prize(s) of similar value should the specified prize(s) become unavailable for reasons beyond its control. Cash or credit alternatives will not be offered. None of the prizes are transferable.

10. Window Screens UK accepts no responsibility for incorrectly completed, lost or delayed entries, notices, acceptances or other documents related to the Prize(s).

11. In the event of fraud, abuse, and/or an error affecting the proper operation of this Prize Draw, including the allocation of more prizes than are available, WSUK reserves the right to end or suspend the Prize Draw; amend these terms & conditions; declare void the notification of winner(s); and/or to allocate available prizes by conducting a simple draw from all wrongly allocated winners.
